The Hilton Hotel and Conference Center at College Station is looking for an Independent Contractor Sales Representative to help us bring new group, event, and meeting business to our full-service hotel and conference center.

Lonestar Peak Performance - Inspirational Team Building are expanding our reach in the College Station/Bryan and Greater Houston markets and are looking for independent sales professionals who can help us connect with new group business.

About the Opportunity As an Independent Contractor Sales Representative, you will use your existing relationships, professional network, and knowledge of your market to identify and generate qualified group business opportunities.

You will represent the hotel to prospective clients, introduce our accommodations, meeting space, and catering services, and connect qualified opportunities with our hotel sales team.

Our internal Sales and Conference Services teams will support the process once a qualified opportunity is identified.

What You'll Do Identify and develop new group and event business opportunities

Prospect organizations, companies, teams, associations, alumni groups, and social groups

Build relationships with decision-makers and event planners

Introduce the hotel's guest rooms, meeting spaces, and catering services

Generate qualified leads for room blocks, meetings, and events

Maintain regular communication with prospects and the hotel's Sales team Provide leads and proposals to the hotel sales team for contracting and approval

Develop business opportunities within the College Station/Bryan and Houston markets

Commission Structure This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
