• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Provide value‑added solutions.
• Maintain company truck, manage parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing appliances preferred.
• Follow directions and processes.
• Use smartphone for part ordering.
• Pass background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for state(s).
• Ability to travel up to 100 %.
• Variable hours, overtime.
• Read, understand, apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 20 lbs (often 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs).
• Reach, handle objects, stand, walk, sit, type.
• Bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl.
• Occasionally reach above shoulder.
• Drive automatic transmission vehicle.
