• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers.
• Demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.

• 3-5 years HVAC Service experience preferred.
• EPA Type II Certification preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour.

Ability to commute/relocate:
College Station – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
