Electrical Foreman

Overview

• Oversee and manage the assigned electrical scope of work (material, manpower, scheduling) in collaboration with project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce and promote safety standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes (NEC, local regulations), as well as construction safety requirements.
• Maintain high quality of work; ensure installations meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual/specification requirements.
• Use company provided technology to support project execution, documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate crew members, including electricians and helpers, fostering team performance.
• Support project scheduling, manage manpower to meet deadlines, and coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts or delays.
