Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Texas A&M University Transportation Services seeks a Diesel Technician I to perform skilled maintenance on heavy‑duty vehicles. Uniforms and safety gear are provided; tools are supplied. The hourly start wage is $25.20.
Work hours:
Mon–Fri 1:00pm–10:00pm in Fall/Spring; 8:00am–5:00pm in Summer. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a Texas Class B license within 60 days. Preferred candidates may have auto/diesel trade schooling and ASE or OEM certifications.
