2nd Shift Medical Driver – College Station, TX

Full‑time.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm–10:00 pm. Pay: $15.00 /hr.

Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver. You will drive and transport clinical items, using our Blue Shirt Certified program for training. You will operate a hand‑held scanning device, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and support a collaborative team culture.

• Drive a company‑owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, and related materials.
• Use a hand‑held scanning device to track items throughout the transportation cycle.
• Follow company operating policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles.
• Maintain safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre‑/post‑trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean and orderly.
• Perform all duties across any route assigned; routes may change.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability with teammates and clients.
• Build and nurture a collaborative Med Speed team culture.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Dependable and reliable with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working with technology and following procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient route planning between multiple points.
• Pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Excellent driving history and ability to drive a non‑commercial vehicle in varied weather.
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination, as required.
• Can lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, lift from storage racks, and walk long distances.
