  • Deliver, install, wire, and configure physical computer setups and workstations for end users across local manufacturing and office facilities
  • Diagnose, repair, or replace failed components and research root causes for recurring hardware or system faults
  • Support corporate IT standardization efforts to maintain quality hardware support and lower total cost of ownership (TCO)
Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in hands‑on computer hardware assembly, repair, component replacement, and Windows/mobile device deployment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix complex physical hardware, workstation, and peripheral failures on‑site
  • Familiarity with operating in environments utilizing Google Workspace and enterprise Windows OS platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant college education (experience may substitute for degree)
  • Prior experience managing hardware inventory/assets in Fresh service (or similar ITAM systems like Service Now or Jira)
  • Hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE (WS1) or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) imaging/provisioning tools
  • Background in desktop support escalation, hardware repair depot, or field service engineering.
  • Exposure to basic networking (switches/routers) or secondary OS platforms (macOS/iOS/Android)
Benefits
  • Competitive weekly pay
