Pediatric Home Service PHS in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking RNs and LPNs to provide skilled pediatric nursing in home and school settings. Shifts are 12 hours, Monday through Friday, for a 14-year-old client with a GJ tube and port; RNs only for this case.
You will assess patient condition, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team while supporting families with education and care plans in a safe home environment.
