This role is to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support for the implementation of the culture change & communications strategies, scheduling, managing internal and customer-focused communications, assisting with data collection and analysis, and coordinating interaction between IP culture team and business representatives.
Coordinator key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Detailed project activity tracking and reportingMeeting management including managing agenda topics, meeting minutes, following up on action itemsCoordinating meeting logisticsDrafting and sending emails to stakeholdersManaging the information protection mailbox and coordinating responses back to employeesCoordinating updates to our website; support coordination of overall website redesignCreating PowerPoint presentationsWorking closely with Global Learning & Development (GLD) to schedule learning events and enroll learners into the correct learning eventsManaging the translation of content and media into multiple languagesQualifications
Skills required:
Strong administrative skills with good attention to detailStrong writing and communications skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting toolsAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint and creating presentationsWell organized and able to deal with a fast-paced and changing environmentCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent team communications across different time zonesAble to establish and foster close working relationships with team members, stakeholders, partners, and suppliersAbility to manage multiple deliverables and multi-taskAble to hit the ground running and be a fast learnerSuccessful candidates will show a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the project.
