Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position requires 2 years of experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  Visio and Project are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Pharma experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Budget & Accounting processes (e.g., EPA3), project management applications, and ACM (MAPP tool) is a plus.
• Experience with information management systems (SP, GDMS) and knowledge of document management principles.
• Assist with developing a global training calendar, coordinating presenters, setting up meetings (virtual and live), taking attendance, recording sessions, and posting to SharePoint.
• Generate regular training reports and metrics, communicate training data with the global team, and support training assignment changes for onboarding and offboarding.
