- Ability to serve as a communication channel within and between projects and the business
- Developing written communications to keep relevant parties informed
- Supporting branding and internal marketing of projects
- Implementing communication plans and developing materials for IT project teams and business stakeholders
- Writing and editing various communication materials, including emails, newsletters, FAQs, and presentations
