** Salesforce**, including discounts, billing details, and account notes.
* Communicate promptly and professionally via
** phone

** email
* * to resolve questions and ensure order accuracy.
* Review and process
** Return Material Authorization (RMA)
** requests.
* Collaborate with
** operations**,
** engineering**, and
** technical support
** teams to ensure accurate account information.
* Enter quotes and orders into
** Oracle ERP system**.
* Process credit requests and coordinate with the
** accounting team**.###

* What We’re Looking For:

* Education:

** High school diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree preferred.
* *
* Experience:

** 0–1 years in
** customer service**,
** order processing**, or
** administrative support** (we’ll train the right candidate!).

* Skills:

** Microsoft Office**  + Familiarity with
** Salesforce CRM

** Oracle ERP

The target salary range for this role is $20-$22 an hour plus annual bonus.#EL123
