Park Team Member

Objective

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

• Attend customers quickly, greet them warmly, and make them feel comfortable in the park’s ambiance.
• Operate the check‑in process, obtaining liability waivers and guest information using an iPad.
• Manage the front cash counter: receive exact bill amounts, record daily transactions, accept cash or card payments, and provide correct change.
• Verify billing amounts accurately on the POS.
• Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Monitor snack inventory, and communicate with management to order replenishment from specified vendors.
• Walk the floor regularly to ensure no unsafe hazards and that guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures, including tables, chairs, and playground structures.
• Assist and participate in family events, ensuring they run efficiently.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Perform frequent bilateral hand movements and require good finger dexterity.
• Work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children shouting and music.
• Tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
