Join our team of compassionate Care Pros! We are recruiting Care Pros for companion care weekend shifts across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
Companion Care Pros spend time with clients, engaging them in activities such as drawing, painting, or walking, depending on interests. The goal is to keep older adults engaged and satisfied doing what they enjoy most.
As a Care Pro, you bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those who want to remain safely in the place they call home. You’re the steady, friendly presence who helps with daily routines, lifts spirits with companionship, and gives families peace of mind knowing their loved one is cared for with respect and compassion.

- Offer emotional and social support
- Prepare meals and cook
- Assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc.
- Help with transportation for appointments, shopping, errands, and social outings
- Assist in arranging medical appointments
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Kind, caring, and compassionate
- At least 3 years of experience providing in‑home care to seniors or other home‑bound persons
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Self‑directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Resident of the Philadelphia metro area (Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties in PA or New Castle County in DE)
