Columbia Cottage in Collegeville, PA is looking to hire experienced Medication Technicians/ Caregivers to help improve the quality of life for the residents in our care. This position starts at a competitive wage of $19.00/hour
, depending on CNA certification (not required) and prior experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks for both full and part‑time positions on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, eligibility for vacation benefits, double‑time for working holidays, and earned wage access. In addition, we match 20% of the first 6% contributed for 401(k).

• Prepares medications for residents.
• Assists residents in taking medications, as per physician order.
• Monitors for effectiveness and untoward effects of medications, and provides education to residents.
• Obtains blood sugars, vital signs and other bio measurements as ordered.
• Motivates, encourages and provides positive feedback to the residents when assisting with medications.
• Follows established policies and procedures for record‑keeping on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and any associated forms related to assisting the resident with medications.
• Provides hands‑on care to residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medication Technician certification required.
• Diabetes training required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.

• Part‑time; evening shift (2:30 pm‑11:00 pm).
• Part‑time; night shift (11:00 pm‑7:30 am).

All positions, unless otherwise indicated, have an every‑other weekend and every‑other holiday obligation.

Evening: $2.00, Night: $2.00
