Join our team of compassionate Care Pros! We are recruiting Care Pros (aka Caregivers) for Personal Care day, weekend, evening, and overnight shifts across Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
As a Care Pro, you’ll bring comfort, dignity, and joy to those who want to remain safe in the place they call home. You’ll be the steady, friendly presence who helps not only with ADLs and IADLs but also lifts spirits and brightens their days by engaging clients in fun, meaningful activities and experiences to improve quality of life.
Essential Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the Care Pro include, but are not limited to assisting clients with the following:
- Engaging in fun, meaningful activities that lift spirits and brighten days
- Mobility and transfer
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Feeding
- Toileting and continence
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuuming and dishes, for example)
- Meal preparation
- At least 2 years of experience providing in-home care to seniors or other home-bound persons
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
