Our master's level Family Based Therapists (Mental Health Professional) start at $40/hour, with $45/hour awarded to therapists with their LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (additional compensation based on experience).

• Promote intensive in-home, school and community-based family therapy working with another therapist in a team-delivered approach.
• Participate in a fully paid Exosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) training curriculum towards certification, as well as paid weekly supervisions.
• Manage a caseload of at most 8 family clients, maintain a minimum of 30 clinical hours/week (or 120 clinical hours/month), with eligibility towards additional productivity incentives.
• Video recorded sessions are utilized in supervision for clinical model adherence and training to ensure professional growth and high-quality client care.
• Will use an electronic health record for point of service documentation, assessment, and treatment planning.

• Minimum of 2 years work, intern, or volunteer experience in the behavioral health field with children/adolescents.

• Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, social work. psychology, counseling, or another appropriate human services field.
• Required Clearances:
  Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check, Act 31 Certification (Mandated Reporter Training) and NSOR Verification (National Sex Offender Registry).
• Professional Liability Insurance maintained and updated annually with Human Resources
• Valid Driver's License - Required to travel to parts of Montgomery, Chester, and Berks Counties.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
