The Night Auditor crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This role bridges financial accountability with exceptional guest service, requiring a detail-oriented, adaptable individual comfortable working overnight hours. - Employment Type: Part-time (16 hours/week, 2 days per week)
- Pay Rate: $17- $18 per hour
- Shifts: Overnight shift hours will be 11 PM - 7 AM, with holidays required.
- Days: Friday/Saturday

- Check guests in and out of the property
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
