Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global product strategies.
- Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions.
- Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data‑driven strategic refinement.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Medical, R&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics).
- Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development.
- Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
- Foster global‑to‑local co‑creation with LOCs and agency partners.
- Represent commercial needs in governance forums.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven leadership in complex, dynamic environments.
- Pharmaceuticals experience in a global organization.
- Skilled communicator and storyteller across scientific and executive audiences.
- Experience in pre‑launch and post‑launch commercial roles.
- Strong business and scientific acumen.
- Matrix team leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Experience leveraging customer insights to shape strategy.
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in marketing, encompassing broad experience in analytics, insights and payer environments.
- Experience in Respiratory, Immunology, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas preferred.
- Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred.
- AGILE ways of working experience a plus.
