We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy across multiple work streams—including Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), MLR workflows, and Adobe App Builder—for a major life sciences client. In this contract-based, client-facing role, you will coordinate testers across multiple vendors and lead large-scale, cross-functional testing efforts to ensure quality, alignment, and integration across digital marketing platforms.

This position requires strong leadership, hands‑on testing knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex, multi‑vendor environments.

• Drive an end‑to‑end, cohesive testing strategy across Workfront, AEM, and MLR/App Builder work streams.
• Lead, coordinate, and align testing efforts across multiple vendors, enforcing shared goals, ownership, and accountability.
• Facilitate test planning and execution across large, multi‑workstream programs with high levels of integration and interdependency.
• Govern testing activities using manual processes in Test Rail, while also identifying opportunities for automation.
• Define, manage, and communicate unified test plans, priorities, and standards across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor integration points to ensure that releases in one area are evaluated for downstream impact, proactively reducing E2E defects.
• Establish testing cadences and facilitate regular checkpoints, ensuring transparency, quality, and issue resolution.
• Act as a hands‑on testing leader fluent in QA practices, cycles, and terminology.
• Champion consistency and collaboration across cross‑functional and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business leads to ensure alignment on timelines, risks, and quality metrics.

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in a QA/Test Lead role overseeing large‑scale programs.
• Proven success leading testing efforts across multiple interconnected work streams.
• Strong experience managing mixed‑vendor environments and aligning teams toward shared testing outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with Test Rail; current testing is manual.
• Ability to define and govern test plans, prioritize testing activities, and facilitate test cycles with precision.
• Deep understanding of testing principles, lifecycle, and terminology.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills—able to rally diverse teams and establish strong working cadences.
• Familiarity with Adobe stack (Workfront, AEM, App Builder) is a plus but not required.
• Life Sciences experience and knowledge of MLR processes preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment with complex stakeholder dynamics.
