The Role

Join CBRE as a Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Supervisor and make an impact! In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team passionate about crafting and delivering innovative health, safety, and environmental programs that protect people and improve workplace well‑being for our clients. You’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving safety culture, and implementing standard processes that make a difference every day.

Location:

Onsite in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in managing EHS programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
  • Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.
  • Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident‑related performance.
  • Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented.
  • Find opportunities to save costs while improving the quality of services. Respond to customer member concerns regarding EHS matters.
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
  • Work to build consensus.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 7+ years of job‑related experience.
  • Pharmaceutical background preferred.
  • Credentials preferred such as ASP, CSP, etc.
  • Experience with LOTO, fall protection, electrical safety, PIT/MUEP.
  • Experience with contractor safety management.
  • Prior experience with auditing through internal and external resources.
  • Prior Shift Manager or Supervisory Experience Preferred.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
