Production Supervisor - Off Shifts Available!

Growing, family owned global leader in friction particle development and coatings manufacturing is seeking their next Production Supervisor for off shifts. This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality benchmarks, and safety standards are consistently met.

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities across Friction and Coatings operations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while driving a culture of safety and accountability
• Monitor schedules, adjust resources, and control costs to meet production goals
• Enforce quality control standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, safety, and productivity
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
• Track and report production metrics, downtime causes, and improvement opportunities

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in science, engineering, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience and team leadership, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with quality, safety, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• 24/5 operation with potential overtime (including weekends)
• Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments in varying temperatures
