Bistro Breakfast Server

This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type:Part-time, 5 days per week (25–30 hours per week)

Work Schedule:We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Weekends: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)

Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property during the starting hours or on weekends. Other means of transportation will berequiredfor this position.

• Greet guests and take their orders
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Training provided, but familiarity with POS systems and food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
