Estimator - Commercial Cold-Call (Full Time/Part Time)

SALES - Cold Call /Business to Business/ Door to Door / Outside Sales Person for retail and commercial Window Cleaning Business.

FISH Window Cleaning, the nation's largest window cleaning franchiser continues to grow. The local Collegeville, PA franchise is looking to hire aggressive outgoing estimators to add to our growth.

If your idea of sales is a suit and air conditioned office please do not apply, we work outside! We want progressive clean cut people that have the ability to cold call retail stores and commercial properties, provide quality estimates, and close the sale. No office work or phone calling required.

We will train the qualified candidate in our business so you will have all the tools. We are the best in our field! We want the people that work Smart and Hard.

What we offer:

• Company vehicle for during work use
• Proprietary sales software to help track and manage accounts
• Tablets supplied for digital estimates

Want to have nights and weekends off, done! Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Part time available as full days)

Full or Part-time year round employment

Compensation: $24.00 Per Hour, after 2 weeks paid training

Paid holidays after 90 days

Paid vacation after 1 year

401K with matching available after 1 year

Requirements:

• Must not be afraid to cold-call!
• Drivers license and license background check
• Preplacement drug screening, including marijuana
• PA background check
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Clean appearance
• Must not be afraid to approach people
• The ability to close!
• Must have good organization and time management skills
• Must have neat and legible handwriting
• Must be able to use tablets and supplied application

Compensation:
Paid by estimate written plus unlimited commission on any sales.
