As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, process-area perimeters, and other assigned locations.

+ Monitor for unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards, then report observations through established site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as directed.

+ Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors in accordance with site requirements, including verification of credentials and documentation of entries and exits.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
