AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team and play a key role in building exceptional structures for our clients. You’ll work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with engineers, superintendents, and project managers while applying your technical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and install wooden and metal structures (roofing frames, partitions, joists, etc.)
- Install cabinetry, shelving, drywall, insulation, and finish carpentry elements
- Fit and secure fixtures such as doors, handles, locks, and closures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Select and prepare materials based on design and strength requirements
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to meet project goals and timelines
- Maintain safety, quality, and professionalism on every site
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial or residential construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
- Possess basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and travel to job sites daily
This role requires physical activity such as standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work may be performed in various weather conditions typical of construction environments.
