Buzzcutters Pest is the newest addition to the Buzzcutters family, bringing professional pest and mosquito control to homes and businesses across the DFW area. We're pairing this launch with our established, premium landscaping and outdoor living division, and that combination changes the game for the right salesperson. When you can sell two complementary services to the same customer under one trusted name, the sales opportunity opens up completely.

We're hiring a driven Sales Representative to be the face of Buzzcutters Pest as we launch, while also representing our premium landscape and outdoor living division (patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and full backyard transformations). You'll be put in a company Tesla and given everything you need to win: the backing of the Buzzcutters name, two service lines to sell, and a book of business you can build twice as fast.

If a homeowner is investing in a beautiful outdoor space, they also want to keep it pest-free, and you'll be the one to connect those dots.

Generate and close new pest and mosquito control accounts, building recurring monthly revenue

Sell landscape and outdoor living projects, from maintenance packages to large construction builds

Cross-sell between pest control and landscaping, maximizing the value of every lead and customer relationship

Run in-home and on-site consultations, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver professional estimates and proposals

Represent Buzzcutters Pest and Buzzcutters Lawncare & Landscaping at marketing events and Chamber of Commerce functions

Follow up on leads promptly and manage your pipeline through our CRM

Hit and exceed monthly sales targets across both service lines

Consultative selling ability — you listen first, then match the solution

Comfort selling both recurring services (pest control) and larger one-time projects (outdoor living)

Organized and CRM-disciplined, with reliable follow-up habits

Someone who wants to be part of a team and show up every day, five days a week

Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

Bonus: existing pest control license/certification, or willingness to obtain required Texas credentials

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a launching division, two revenue streams to sell, and a real path into leadership. You'll have the tools, the vehicle, the Buzzcutters name, and the support to build something big, and to grow into the person running the sales team.

Besides swapping the name, I changed "sister brand" to "division" and replaced the "two brands" language with "two service lines" under one name, since Buzzcutters Pest now sits under the same brand instead of standing apart. That's actually a stronger pitch, because the rep gets to lean on the Buzzcutters reputation from day one. If you'd rather keep it framed as a separate brand, I can switch that wording back.
