Job Summary

Performs all duties associated with file work and data related to onboarding new business for Orgill. Assists RDMs with collecting, organizing and analyzing the customer’s cross match file in preparation for the pre-visit.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Works with Point-of-Sale providers to collect customer data associated with upcoming conversion projects.
  • Works with Point-of-Sale providers to coordinate conversion implementation dates, training sessions, etc.
  • Regularly updates sales and field teams regarding status of any pending Point of Sale conversion projects.
  • Formats and analyzes customer’s cross match file to assist Retail Development Manager in identifying core Focused Assortment Planning and Smart Start opportunities.
  • Assists with file manipulation in preparation for Dealer Account conversion project implementation.
  • Assists RDM in identifying and developing the opening stock order for the customer.
  • Assists with the reconciliation of buyback and opening order data after conversion implementation is complete to secure buyback funds efficiently.
  • Assists with any other file or data-related work dealing with a Dealer Account conversion project as requested by Retail Development Manager.
  • Assists with preparation, set up and event participation for Orgill’s semi-annual Dealer Markets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office Products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Requires travel as deemed necessary.
  • Regular on-site, in-person attendance is required.
