Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Account Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the key connection between the company and its valued clients, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for managing all customer service activities for assigned accounts, providing consistent support, and resolving issues efficiently. This position requires adherence to established procedures and policies while working with minimal supervision. You may also assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support overall team and business objectives.

Duties Include
  • Manage and administer customer orders and their processes for major accounts
  • Work with Price Administration to reconcile price exceptions and issues
  • Monitor daily fill‑rates
  • Monitor and utilize customer web databases as required by the customer, to include item setup and required maintenance
  • Investigate short‑pays and rectify problems to get them resolved by processing RMAs, credit and debit memos
  • Act as liaison between customers, sales, supply chain and purchasing
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management in a timely and professional manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience equal to four (4) years
  • Must have excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of applications such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a self‑starter with excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible and receptive to change

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 7am‑4pm or 7:30am‑4:30pm
