We currently operate out of over 40 branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint into more locations soon.
Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a detail‑oriented person for an immediate opening as a Consumer Relations Rep at our headquarters in Collierville, TN. This position pays up to $18 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15–5:15 pm.
Job Duties- Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software.
- Provide superior customer service via phone and email.
- Communicate claims process to customers.
- Build rapport with agent and lot staff and our vendor agent network.
- Run reports and complete monthly reports for clients.
- Analyze trends for client and vendor claims and report findings to internal team members to create resolutions.
- Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
