IT SOX Compliance Advisor

Federal Express Corporation (Fed Ex) is seeking an IT SOX Compliance Advisor to support its Financial Compliance governance, risk, and compliance processes related to Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX). The role operates under minimal supervision.

• Monitors and reports internal SOX compliance against external regulations and industry standards.
• Independently performs risk assessments, oversight, enforcement, and reporting activities to meet regulatory and legal IT SOX compliance requirements.
• Provides recommendations on highly complex issues and offers guidance to less senior team members.
• Collaborates with SOX external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepares SOX compliance‑related documentation and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Five (5) years of equivalent work experience in information technology or governance, risk, and compliance environments.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry standards.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
