Electronics Technician

Position: Electronics Technician I

Shift

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Location:
Distribution Parkway, Collierville, TN

General Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices' hardware, software, and peripheral components. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages, including operating systems. Provides depot technical support to internal and third-party organizations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and peripheral components of electronic devices.
• Load and verify correct operation of software packages, including operating systems.
• Provide depot technical support to internal and third-party organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent in technology or computer technology.
• One (1) year of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment required.

Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Frequently lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping may be required.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
• Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
• Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
