Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- System Admin experience working in Linux environment (reducing file sizes, running sudo commands, etc.).
- Call center experience.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and SAN.
- Experience with analytical tools using visual and correlation analysis is a plus.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Level 2/3 support for IT operations.
