Manager in Training- Oil Shop

Position: Manager in Training-Take 5 Oil Shop 1103

What You'll DoAs a Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for running a successful Take 5 Oil Change location.

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve daily and weekly goals

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns

Drive sales, revenue, and overall shop performance

Recruit, train, and develop employees

Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and daily operations

Monitor sales results, labor costs, inventory, and performance metrics

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Ensure company policies and operating procedures are followed

Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Previous leadership or management experience

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

Retail store management

Automotive service or quick lube management

Restaurant or fast-paced service management

Sales management and performance coaching

Experience managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, or budgets

Automotive experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience is what matters most!

Physical Requirements This is a hands-on management position. Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods

Work in indoor and outdoor shop environments

Bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks as needed

Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
