Overview
Panda Express managers can have an entrepreneurial spirit in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As a General Manager, you will oversee a $1-2 million business, manage and develop the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. Compensation includes uncapped profit-sharing bonuses based on growth.
Training and LeadershipAll Panda leaders participate in a comprehensive 6+ week Store Leadership Training Program to build the foundation to become a high-performing leader. The program focuses on:

- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home

While performing duties, counter areas are hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly with accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across counters.
Kitchens are hot and noise levels are high; storage space is limited.
