. Our ideal Server will also bring:

Must be 16 years of age or older

Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude

Serve residents meals with warmth, patience, and professionalism

Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals

Take meal orders accurately and assist residents as needed

Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming

Follow sanitation, infection control, and safety guidelines

Assist kitchen and dining team members to ensure smooth meal service

Create a pleasant dining experience that feels like home
