We specialize in creating beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and special events. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that each customer leaves with a smile.

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our team at A Perfect Bloom Memphis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales at our gift shop, and maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store. This is a part-time position, with approximately 20-25 hours per week.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and make personalized recommendations for floral arrangements
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Create and maintain visually appealing displays of our products
• Assist with floral arrangements, including cutting and arranging flowers and preparing bouquets
• Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience for our customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of floral arrangements and flowers is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
