The Support Associate supports a customer and product‑focused sales culture. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and store organization.

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and replenished.
• Merchandise new products and maintain visual packet materials, props, and signage.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store‑to‑store transfers.
• Assist with visual directives, floorsets, window changes, signage placement, and boutique cleanliness.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Support MAPS principles and deliver omni‑channel experience.
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem‑solving approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to work the majority of the shift standing and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Wear headset and communicate with headset.

• Constant walking/standing 67‑100% of 8‑hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs 1‑33% of shift.
• Frequent climbing 34‑66% of shift.
