As a dedicated member of the Joe Sarrio State Farm Team, the employee will assist new and existing dcustomers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing policy transactions, in addition to processing renewals, claims, and changes in a fun, upbeat, professional office. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
