We are Ace Handyman Services, a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company providing homes and businesses throughout Shelby and Fayette Counties in TN as well as De Soto, Tate and Marshall counties in MS with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

Are you a talented, multi-skilled Craftsman committed to quality work and customer service? Do you possess a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner? Are you an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer?

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of the following trades:

• Carpentry
• Drywall Work
• General plumbing and electrical work
• Flooring
• Familiar with building codes

Additional qualifications for this Craftsman role include:

• Proper equipment: knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks
• Troubleshooting skills: able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
• Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, decent-looking vehicle, and organized tools

Key responsibilities include:

• Looking around the property and communicating to the customer things that could be repaired or handled by our company
• Earning the customer’s confidence and inquiring about additional work that could be performed
• Fixing small issues and pointing them out to the customer to demonstrate our capabilities
• Maintaining punctuality, efficiency, and the highest integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction
• Being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrating the ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations
