As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and professional Commercial Roof Inspectors / QA Technicians to join our team and help ensure the quality and long-term performance of our roofing systems.

The Commercial Roof Inspector / QA Technician is responsible for inspecting new and existing commercial roofing systems to ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professional communication. Inspection findings are documented using company software, and hands‑on training is provided.

• Perform detailed inspections of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal
• Identify deficiencies, diagnose leak sources, and verify repair quality
• Document inspection results using company‑provided mobile devices and software
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and job specifications
• Communicate professionally with onsite contacts, management, and internal teams
• Travel nationwide to job sites for inspections (per diem provided)
• Perform service or repair work as needed (optional opportunity for additional hours)

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial roofing experience (experience across all systems preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, scanning tools, and mobile applications (or willing to learn)
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
• At least one professional reference required
• Ability to work at heights and follow all OSHA safety regulations

• Competitive hourly pay: $20-$28/hour
