As we continue to grow, we are looking for dependable and motivated Commercial Roofing Service Technicians to join our team.

Position Summary The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for identifying roofing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices. Commercial roofing experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.

Perform service repairs on:

EPDMTPOPVCModified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
Metal Roofing Systems Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.

Document work performed using company-provided mobile devices.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Travel to customer job sites as required.

Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications Required Valid  driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work.

Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Reliable transportation to designated reporting locations.

Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications, or willingness to learn.

At least one professional reference.

Preferred Two (2) or more years of commercial roofing experience.

Experience locating and repairing roof leaks.

Experience working with a variety of commercial roofing systems.
