• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas (including walk-in cooler).
• Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities daily.
• Deliver pizzas and products within a designated delivery area; drive to customer locations and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Assist with general store duties as needed and support team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in handling food and equipment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, standing for extended periods, and delivering items to customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to understand and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills to handle monetary transactions and make correct change; ability to operate a computer or POS system to enter orders.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; work around sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Occasional stairs or ladders for price changes, wall washing, or maintenance; potential for five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Noise from equipment and movement; fast-paced environment requiring teamwork and accuracy.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on varied surfaces and handling work surfaces between 36 and 48 inches tall.
• Walking between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; occasional sitting for paperwork in an office area.
• Lifting and carrying: cases weighing up to 50 pounds; carrying baked goods, sauces, dough, and other items as part of delivery and prep tasks.
• Pushing/pulling duties involve moving trays and dollies; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.

Additional Information:
All team members receive orientation and on-the-job training. Training is provided to support successful performance in duties.
