Durham School Services, part of National Express LTD, is hiring School Bus Drivers in Collierville, TN.

Base pay range: $21.85/hr (paid CDL training provided). No nights or weekends; flexible part‑time schedule.

Immediate hiring. Provide training to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL). Responsible for driving school buses on assigned local routes, transporting students to and from school, sports, and events.

• Safely operate a school bus on assigned local routes
• Transport students to and from school, sports, and events
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe bus environment
• Communicate courteously with students, parents, and school staff
• Follow all federal, state, local, and company safety rules

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required to start)
• Minimum 3 years of driving (5 in Tennessee)
• Minimum age 21 (25 in Tennessee)
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical exam, and background check
• Compliance with DOT regulations (no marijuana use)
• Reliable attendance and safety‑first attitude
• Must be at least 21 years of age; for Tennessee school bus drivers, must be at least 25 per state law
• Must possess or obtain all applicable state licenses and certifications
• Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• Must satisfactorily complete all training
• Must practice defensive driving at all times
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, district, and contract‑specific driver requirements
