Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Reporting

A growing organization is looking for a Controller to own planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across the business. You'll work directly with executive and operations leadership, and your analysis will influence where the company invests and how it grows.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, and partner with department leaders to build budgets and manage spending
• Dig into variances against budget, forecast, and prior year to pinpoint what's driving results and where the business can improve
• Build the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations
• Develop the models and scenario analysis behind strategic initiatives, capital expenditures, and growth opportunities
• Track KPIs, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital, and work with Accounting and Operations Finance on capital planning and U.S. GAAP compliance
• Take responsibility for month-end and year-end close in partnership with Accounting, ensuring the data behind every decision is accurate and timely
• Find and implement improvements to financial planning, reporting, and forecasting, including upgrades to systems and tools
• Lead acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP and planning systems
• A track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics preferred
