• Accurately pick, stage, and verify orders per load sheets and production schedules.
• Confirm product labels, codes, and quantities match shipping documentation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and according to company and USDA standards.
• Ensure temperature compliance and product quality during all shipping activities.
• Complete all required shipping documentation and reports accurately.
• Maintain compliance with SQF, GMP, and Food Safety policies.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; perform basic equipment checks.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor promptly.
• Support teamwork across Production, QA, and Inventory teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety and PPE guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred (food industry experience a plus).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Basic Reading, Writing and Math skills.

Must be able to perform the following physical activities:
Job requires workers to lift up to 50+ lbs. Ability to lift, push or pull as needed. Must be able to step, climb, balance, squat, kneel, bend and reach above shoulders as needed. Refrigerated environment.

Rate: $16.00–$16.50
