Shift Manager – Restaurant Franchise

This position is offered at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment decisions, including hiring, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at this location.

Pay Rate: $15.49 per hour.

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality service and cleanliness.
