Haddon Culinary is a specialty market group with two locations in south jersey, Collingswood and Haddonfield. We specialize in full service catering, prepared foods, made to order specialties for breakfast and lunch, grab & go, coffee bar, bakery, full service butcher shop and specialty grocery.
Haddon Culinary is seeking an experienced butcher or culinary professional with exceptional protein fabrication skills and a passion for craftsmanship, product development, and specialty food retail. We are looking for someone who understands the craft beyond cutting steaks---someone who can bring creativity, technical expertise, and pride in their work to a growing meat and seafood department.
Schedule is five days a week including weekends. Schedule varies according to business needs
