The Customer Service Representative will assist the internal management team and outside sales staff by communicating, processing data, and working to build the Catelli Brother’s Brand. This position will report directly to the VP of sales.
Note:
Food processing experience preferred.

• Learn all functions of the Account Sales and Service Team
• Learn product lines and product specifications
• Work with assigned Regional Sales Representative on daily management of customer accounts
• Assist in growing sales by analyzing customer sales and needs
• Management of GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) platform
• Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
• All other tasks as assigned

• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop required
• Knowledge of EDI preferred but not required (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Experience with ERP Systems preferred but not required (SAP, JD Edwards, Aspen, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to Read and Write English

• Preferred 1–3 years’ experience in food production or food warehousing
• Preferred 2 years' customer service experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs. The employee may occasionally lift or move office products and supplies.

Rate: $22.00‑$24.00
