• Inspecting, calibrating, and troubleshooting commercial boilers, burners, and all the controls that go with them
• Reading schematics like a bedtime story
• Solving problems others can’t touch
• Interacting with clients like a pro (because you are one)
• Occasionally putting in extra hours when the job demands
• Hands‑on experience performing combustion efficiency testing and commissioning commercial burners and control systems ranging from 100 HP to 2000 HP, for both hot water and steam applications

• 2+ years of hands‑on boiler and burner experience (more is even better)
• Solid HVAC mechanical knowledge
• Confidence reading wiring diagrams and schematics
• A sharp mind and a strong work ethic
• A valid driver’s license and a good sense of direction
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and still smile afterward
